Attributes

Prioritize the three categories of Attributes: Physical, Mental and Social. Choose in which of these categories your character is good (primary), average (secondary), and poor (tertiary).

All characters start with one free dot in each Attribute.

Divide 7 additional dots among your character's primary Attributes, 5 dots among the secondary Attributes and 3 among the tertiary Attributes.

Talents

Prioritize the three categories of Talents: Abilities (physical), Skills (social), and Knowledges (mental). Choose in which of these categories your character is good (primary), average (secondary), and poor (tertiary).

Divide 13 dots among your character’s primary Talents, 9 among the secondary Talents, and 5 among the tertiary Talents. You may not give your character more than 3 dots in any one Talent at this point.

Advantages

Record starting Affinity (1).

Distribute 5 dots among Specializations.

Traits

Distribute 5 dots among Backgrounds/Merits.

Purchase Flaws to gain more Bonus Points (flaw/merits need GM approval).

Spend Bonus Points based on current campaign/approved Flaws (if any).

Impressions set as follows based on total dots in Affinities as follows:
0-6 -> 1, 7-13 -> 2, 14-20 -> 3, 21-27 -> 4, 28-35 -> 5
